Most of these companies understand that they are not required by the SEC to report. However, they have all entered a voluntary MONTHLY reporting system and have committed to keep up to date records for the public.
These voluntary reports can be viewed at www.stockinformationsystems.com. Each company is ranked as to the amount of information they are willing to give the public on a MONTHLY basis. As a company's information gets old their ranking automatically drops. The key to this system is that it is a MONTHLY report. Some of the required categories are: number of shares in the float, 3 charts of monthly numbers that are unique to that company, an online video file of the company, Photo's and Bio's on the directors, a business plan overview, new contracts and products etc. For each item delivered to the system the company gets points, then when the information gets old they loose points and the ranking falls. To keep the ranking high it is necessary for the company to keep fresh information for the shareholder to view. If a company falls below a 50% ranking they are removed from the front featured page of www.stockinformationsystems.com
Just the fact that these companies want to report to the public on a MONTHLY basis probably means that their organization has something of worth going on. They are not hiding from the public but are standing up and issuing pertinent information that they are not required to give.
These company CEOs are using the Stock Information System as a Shareholder Management Tool. A CEO no longer has to spend hours a day on the phone answering the same question to shareholders over and over again. He can now say that if the information is not on www.stockinformationsystems.com then they do not have it or they are unable to issue it at this time. This allows the shareholder to get up to date information and gives the CEO extra time in the day to run the business. Many CEOs are now understanding the importance of a Shareholder Management Tool.
Since launching in Jan. 2005 participation in this voluntary program has grown rapidly. 10 additional companies have just registered to participate and are currently preparing company records in order to get a profile ranking above 50%. These companies are Acies Corporation (ACIE), BioTech Medics, Inc. (BTMD), Communicate.com Inc. (CMNN), Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure (DJRT), Diamond I Inc. (DMOI), FutureVest, Inc. (FTVT), Identa Corp. (IDTA), Royal Standard Minerals Inc. (RYSMF), Soleil Film, Inc. (SFLM), VentureNet Capital Group, Inc. (VNTN).
If you know of a public company who would benefit by participating in the program please have them go to www.stockinformationsystems.com or phone John Pennington, 801-568-1873.
