CMKM Diamonds, Inc. – Do New Directors Mean a New Direction?

CMKM Diamonds, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CMKX) is back issuing press releases again. This time, however, the Company is not trumpeting plans to explore for diamonds and other valuable minerals or disclosing convoluted stock swaps with other obscure mining companies. Nor is CMKM declaring its discovery of insignificant diamondiferous particles, as it about one year ago.
Perhaps the Company believes that investors and observers have grown weary of such announcements – which have yet to be supported by meaningful results or revenues. Or maybe CMKM recognizes that potential investors and current shareholders have become frustrated with the Company's failure to file audited financial statements and regular reports with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Those reports would go a long way toward resolving a number of serious questions about CMKM, including the number of shares the Company has issued, the identity of its controlling shareholders, the identity and experience of its management team, the current state of its business and, most importantly, its financial condition.
